All Masiliya orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties — these are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
All Masiliya sales are final. Due to the nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
That said, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at masiliyajewelery@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll make it right.
